The 1/4 beef is the perfect package for trying out all of our different cuts without ordering a large quantity. So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to taste test our beef (warning, you'll have wished you ordered more!!!)

The 1/4 beef package is 80 lbs of cut and packaged beef.

The shipping date will be in May (remember it's first come first serve so the earlier you get your order in the sooner it will be shipped). Once ordered we will contact you when it's ready via email and notify you of the ship date.
