Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits help us know how many cows to reserve and you are putting your name on that amount of beef (We pretty much name the cow after you!! HA!). You will receive a bill for the remainder prior to shipment. DEPOSITS ARE NOT FULL PAYMENT. The product description will tell you how much you will owe. You can put the deposits towards other in stock items if you decide you no longer want to move forward with a bulk beef purchase.

Can I order at any time?

Since we specialize in bulk beef, we only have beef available in the fall and in the spring. We process our beef when it is at its peak. Once we have sold out, we won't have any available until the next time we butcher. We will be shipping straight from the processors, so this is the best way to get the freshest beef straight to your freezer. Get your order in when the deposits launch.

What are the benefits of buying in bulk?

As ranchers who have always had our freezer's full of meat, we think it's so great to always have protein on hand. I don't have to go to the store and look for quality meat. This is also a way to get the best deal on meat instead of buying individual cuts/packages.

What comes in a bulk beef order?

40% Premium Ground Beef
35% Savory Cuts: (e.g., Roasts, packages of stew meat)
25% Steaks (e.g., Sirloins, T-bones, Ribeyes, Minute Steaks, etc...) and one or two of the following 'odd cuts' too few for every box: Brisket, skirt steak, flank OR Short Ribs

Where are your cattle from?

This is a work in progress for us. Our goal is to offer our cattle from our cow/calf herd. which means our cattle are born and raised on our ranch. This will start in 2024. So for now, we source our beef ourself. We buy them as heifers and raise them on pasture grass.

How are your cattle fed?

The cattle we process to sell are raised on pasture grass and then the last 70-90 days they are finished on grain. We feel like this provides the best taste and marbling.

What breed are your cattle?

Angus! There are actually a lot of health benefits of Angus beef. Angus cattle produce great marbling on the meat, high in protein (20 grams of protein for every 3 ounces!!), known for great flavor, and high in B12.

Can I track my package?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your product is shipped so you can ensure someone will be able to move your package inside and get it put away in a freezer.

Where do you ship?

All of the lower 48 states. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we can not ship to you at this time.

How does the meat come?

The meat will arrive frozen in boxes. We ship with dry ice to ensure the meat arrives fresh! 1/8 beef will come in a 70 pound box (Roughly 60 pounds of beef and 5-10 pounds of dry ice). One whole beef would be 8 of these boxes. It's a lot, but once you get it packed away you will be stocked and not have to stress over where you will get your protein!

How much freezer space do I need?

Our 1/8 beef is about 50-55 lbs and requires 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space. This could fit in a standard fridge freezer combo.
Our 1/4 beef is between 105-110 lbs and requires about 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space. A small deep freeze is needed.
Our 1/2 beef is between 210-220 lbs and requires about 9-10 cubic feet of freezer space. A medium to full - size deep freezer is recommended.
Our whole beef is between 430-440 lbs and requires about 18-20 cubic feet of freezer space. Buy a full size deep freeze!
Generally, every 25 pounds of meat requires 1 cubic foot of storage.

Feel free to email and let us know if there are cuts you would like to see and we can talk to out butcher. We do not offer custom processing, but we love to hear the things our customers are looking for!

What is your guarantee?

We aren't happy if you aren't happy! Please reach out if your order does not arrive the way you expected. We will refund you if you are not happy with your product. We do not stock product, so we cannot promise we are able to replace your product, but can offer your money back.
