The eighth beef is the perfect package for trying out all of our different cuts without ordering a large quantity. So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to taste test our beef (warning, you'll have wished you ordered more!!!)

The 1/8 beef package is 50-55 lbs of cut and packaged beef and fits in a standard size fridge/freezer combo (takes up about 2-3 cubic feet of space)

The shipping date will be in May (remember it's first come first serve so the earlier you get your order in the sooner it will be ready). Once ordered we will contact you when it's ready via email and notify you of the ship date.
