Quarter Beef (100 lbs)

Our quarter beef is a standard cut side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions!

A quarter beef (split half) will keep a family of two eating beef for about a year or a family of four about six months. This package requires about 4 to 6 cubic feet of freezer space.

Here is a list of contents from a quarter beef: 

• 40% Premium Ground Beef
• 35% Savory Cuts
• 25% Steaks

Premium Steaks: 25 lbs. of top notch steaks.  Our 1/4 beef contains a variation of Strip Steaks, Steak Tenderloin, Ribeyes, Round Steaks, Minute Steaks or Sirloin Steaks. 

Premium Ground Beef: 40 lbs. in convenient 1 lb packages.

35 lbs. of savory cuts:  Various roasts, cross cut shanks, packages of stew meat in convenient 1 lb. packages and one or two of the following: Brisket, Short Ribs, Skirt Steak or Flank Steak.

The shipping date will be November/early December 2024 (remember it's first come first serve so the earlier you get your order in the sooner it will be ready). Once ordered we will contact you when it's ready via email and notify you of the ship date.
